X-rays

X-rays

At Life Chiropractic, we use x-rays to:
  • visualize bone alignment, identify subluxations, and detect pathologies like fractures or tumors; and
  • guide treatment plans.
Images typically cover the cervical or lumbar spine to ensure safe, targeted adjustments.
Re: Chiropractic X-Rays.
  • Purpose: X-rays reveal structural issues, degenerative changes (e.g., arthritis, disc space narrowing), and contraindications to manual therapy.
  • Safety + Technology: Life Chiropractic uses digital X-rays, which offer lower radiation exposure compared to conventional methods and provide immediate, shareable images.
  • When They Are Used: While not needed for every patient, they are common for cases involving trauma, chronic pain, suspected structural anomalies, or patients over 40.
